Payments are made on your credit or debit card. We will send you a VAT invoice each month and process your card payment automatically.
Your virtual number is programmed to route calls to the telephone number of your choice. Any calls to your virtual telephone number are automatically routed to your chosen phone. The caller does not hear any messages about your call being diverted.
We can add other services to your virtual telephone number either now or later as your business grows. Services include:
Business Address in London- An address in London for your business with our post forwarded to you when it arrives. £30 per month. Additional items at postage + 10% pence handling
Voicemail to email - Add voicemail to your virtual telephone number for £7.50 per month. Callers will hear a professionally recorded greeting in your business name rather than your home answer phone. Messages stored electronically and sent as an email attachment.
Virtual Receptionist Service - If you can not answer the call on your virtual telephone number we can answer in your company name. More details on our virtual receptionist page.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
