£10 of receptionist time for free each month

An 0844 number provided free of charge with any of our services. Importantly, if you no longer need the telephone answering service at some point in the future you can keep the 0844 and have it pointed at any UK landline number free of charge.
Alternatively we can provide any UK area code number or 0800 number = £10 per month
This includes up to 100 minutes per month of calls forwarded to a UK
landline. Calls forwarded to a mobile are at 12 pence per minute
and subject to payment of a deposit.
We can also provide advanced call routing features such as ringing more than one number, time of day routing etc for a small additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Voicemail to email = £7.50 per month (based on an 0844 number)
A greeting is recorded for you and any messages left are stored as a WAV file and sent to you as an email attachment.
Voicemail to email is often used by our receptionist customers for out of hours calls. If you just want a standalone voicemail to email solution we are very happy to provide this on an 0844 number for £7.50 per month, or on any UK area code number for £12.50 per month.
No charge for voicemails received.
Fax to email = £7.50 per month (based on an 0844 number)
Faxes are received and stored as a pdf file and sent to you as an email attachment.

No charge for faxes received.

These prices are based upon a single level of options and up to five extension choices and includes recording of the greetings, configuration and testing. We do reserve the right to charge a little more for more complex requirements so please give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
